Today we released our next two stages in The Meadows. Our Stages 6 and 7 release comprises 39 sections – 29 standalone sections with a range of aspects and sizes as well as 10 townhouse sections which will overlook The Meadows stream and park.

There will be two reserves in these stages through which a 3 metre shared path will run connecting to the path along Summersfield Boulevard and to the paths in the Borck Creek reserve. This is part of a network of shared paths within The Meadows providing residents with a range of walking and biking circuits.

People living in Stages 6 & 7 will be only a few minutes walk/bike ride from Central Park which is expected to comprise a café, bar/restaurant, convenience store, barber/hairdresser and Child Care Centre, all set amidst another beautifully landscaped park area to relax in and enjoy.
